After School Welding Lab
After School Welding Lab at IAW is a chance for students 14-18 to learn welding, create sculptures, and have the opportunity to make friends and work towards welding certifications.
Looking for a fun and rewarding FREE after school program? Industrial Arts Workshop (IAW) is accepting applications for the Spring 2025 After School Welding Lab.
If you’re between the ages of 14 and 18, join us for a unique opportunity to:
- Gain an appreciation for the arts
- Learn a new trade skill with hands-on experience
- Hear from community members and industry representatives
- Hone your craft into take-home projects
Students meet for 90+ minutes after school two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from February through April. All students will be provided proper safety equipment.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the class is filled. IAW will reach out by January 30th to notify students about participation.
